Which photos work best?
Photos where the face is clear, facing the camera, and not too small in the frame. Scans of old prints are fine. Avoid sunglasses, heavy shadows, and group shots where the face is tiny.
How long does it take?
Most videos are ready in 10 to 20 minutes. You can close the page and come back; your video will be waiting on the same page.
What do I get?
One MP4 file to download. Each pair of photos gets a transition of about 5 seconds, so 12 photos make a video of just under a minute.
What happens to my photos?
They are used only to make your video. Photos and videos are deleted automatically after 30 days, and they are never sold. They are only shared with the services that make your video.
What if one transition looks wrong?
Redo it. Starter includes 2 redos and the full video includes 5. If something fails on our side, it never uses up a redo.
Can I get a refund?
If your video fails to generate, you get a full refund. For anything else, email us within 48 hours and we'll sort it out.
