If your video fails

If your video fails to generate, you get a full refund.

If you are not happy with a transition

Use your redos: every plan includes some, and results can differ each time. Once you have downloaded your video, we do not refund for quality or taste, only for technical failures.

Anything else

Email hello@vidotory.com within 48 hours of your purchase and we will review it case by case. We do not guarantee a refund in that case.
