A couple on their wedding day

Three steps to a reception moment

  1. 1

    Gather the photos

Ask the parents for baby, school and teenage photos, then add a recent portrait to end on. JPG, PNG, WebP or HEIC.

  2. 2

    Put them in order

Drag the photos from youngest to oldest. The video follows the order you set.

  3. 3

    Download the video

Pay once, download the MP4 and test it on the venue's screen before the day.

Ways to use it on the day

Reception reveal

Play one video for each of you before the first dance.

Rehearsal dinner

A warm start for two families who have not met.

A gift to your parents

A short video of their child growing up, to play at the toast.

Save the date

Send the groom's video to the bride's family, or the other way round.

Pro tip: end on a photo that suits the day

Finish with an engagement photo or a favourite portrait, so the last frame feels like the person standing in front of everyone. Aim for 8 to 12 photos, which gives a video of about 40 to 60 seconds.

Pay once. Keep it.

  • From $4.90 for up to 5 photos (Starter)

Questions

Is it one video for both of us?

Each video is made from the photos of one person, so most couples make two and play them one after the other. Each is its own project with its own price.

How early should I make it?

A few weeks before the wedding, which leaves time to redo a transition and to collect missing photos.

Will it play on the venue's screen?

You get an MP4, which plays on laptops, phones and almost every venue system. Test it on the actual screen and keep a copy on a USB stick.

How many photos should I use?

Between 2 and 24. Eight to twelve is a good range for a video of about 40 to 60 seconds.

What if a transition looks wrong?

Redo just that one. Starter includes 2 redos and larger plans 3 to 5.

How long are the photos kept?

Photos and videos are deleted automatically 30 days after you create the project, so download early if you make it far ahead.
