Can I convert PNG to JPG without losing quality?

JPG always compresses a little. At 85% or higher the difference is hard to see. Choose PNG if you need an exact copy.

Will the file get smaller?

From PNG to JPG or WebP, usually yes. HEIC is already compact, so its JPG copy is often a little larger. Converting a JPG to PNG makes the file bigger.

Which formats can I convert between?
